To Sanctify, to Hallow God.
(Joab servant of David, hallowed David. He sent for David so that David would receive victory, thus proclaiming David as victor because he fought with Davids anointing from God).
2nd Samuel 12:26 - 30,
26. And Joab fought against Rabbah of the children of Ammon, and took the royal city. 27. And Joab sent messengers to David, and said, I have fought against Rabbah, and have taken the city of waters. 28. Now therefore gather the rest of the people together, and encamp against the city, and take it: lest I take the city, and it be 7121> called after my name. 29. And David gathered all the people together, and went to Rabbah, and fought against it, and took it. 30. And he took their king's crown from off his head, the weight whereof [was] a talent of gold with the precious stones: and it was [set] on David's head. And he brought forth the spoil of the city in great abundance.
Acts 13:33 - 34,
33, God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. 34, And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure 3741> mercies of David.
